                                             Location & Transportation 

Q: Where is Pictustay Grand Seas located?

We are conveniently located on the sands of Daytona Beach and a short distance from Daytona International Airport and Daytona International Speedway.

Q: What's the closest airport to Grand Seas Resort?

Daytona Beach has two airports close by, Daytona International Airport (DAB) and Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB). 

Q: Is there transportation available to and from the airport?

We do not provide transportation to and from the airport, but there are transportation services available at the airport. 

Q: Is there transportation available to the Daytona Pier?

Yes! We provide complimentary scheduled shuttle service to & from Grand Seas Resort to the Daytona Pier. 

Q: Is there valet parking?

No, we do not offer valet parking. We offer self-parking during your stay. 

                                                      Resort

Q: Is there a resort map?

Yes, a resort map can be picked up in our lobby.

Q: Are Grand Seas Resort amenities and dining available for non-guests?

Our amenities and on-site dining are only available for overnight guests. 

Q: Is a credit card required upon check-in?

Yes, a hold will be placed at check-in on your credit card in the amount of $250.  The credit card hold will be released, subject to any incidental charges or damages, upon check-out and can take up to 21 business days to reflect in your account.

Q: Is there a resort fee?

Yes, there is a $30 daily resort fee. 

Q: Do you offer day passes?

Day passes are not available. 

Q: Is there a kids' club?

We do not have a kid's club, but we do offer a variety of fun game and arcade activities on-site.

Q: Is there a fitness center?

Yes, we have a fitness center to help maintain any activity level of fitness in our fitness center.

Q: Do you offer towels for the beach?

Yes! We offer complimentary towels for the beach and the pool.

Q: Are pets allowed?

Pets & emotional support animals are not permitted at Grand Seas Resort. Only Service animals are allowed. 

                                                 Accommodations

Q: Do all accommodations have a kitchen with supplies?

Yes, all accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with stocked necessary kitchen tools in the drawers and cabinets for all your cooking needs. Just bring the ingredients!  

Q: Is there a sundry located on-site for groceries or vacation supplies I forgot at home?

We do not have a sundry on property, but there is a Publix located right across the street! 

                                                     Reservations

Q: How do I modify or cancel my reservation?

Access the cancel or modify link on your initial booking confirmation email or call a member from our rental reservations team at 855-849-2205 or by email at rentalreservations@exploriaresorts.com

Q: What time is check-in/ check-out time?

Check-in time starts at 4:00pm local time. If your accommodation is ready before 4:00pm our staff will contact to help with an earlier check-in process. Please note, that during peak seasons, check-in times may be slightly delayed, but our staff will do their best to assist you. 4:00pm check-in is NOT guaranteed. 

Check-out time is at 10:00am. Any late checkout must be approved by a member of our guest services and requested ahead of time. Late check-out charges will apply and are subject to availability only.
